You can taste local foods directly in Pruneta di Sopra villa, ; a cook from the local “Slow Food” association will come to the property to let you discover the tasty specialities of Garfagnana culinary tradition . You’ll start from apetitizers based on local hams and cheeses , you’ll try the “Farro” of Garfagnana (spelt), the grilled meat and vegetables, the special “pane di patate” (bread made with the addition of potatos) and finally the local cakes (made of chestnut flour) or other typical desserts.
