Villa and Dependence
The country villa of Pruneta di Sopra has in its qualities , at the same time , the proximity of the most important center of the area, Castelnuovo Garfagnana , and the quiet of the country . From the balcony of the house you can see an interesting wild landscape : the tops of the Pania mountain , the “uomo morto” profile ( that’s a strange mountain that looks like a man’s face in horizontal position ) , the church tower of a little rock-clinged village : Sassi . The panorama is also nicer in autumn when trees turn gold and in winter when the mountains of the sourrounding natural arena get covered with a white blanket of snow . You reach Pruneta di sopra passing across a chestnut wood . All around the house there’s a 25 acres estate which will be certainly appreciated by families and lively children. In summer , when it’s very hot , you can take a refreshing bath in the 12 x 6 mt swimming-pool with water chute and get tanned on the solarium .
On the ground floor there’s a big room which has the function of kitchen , living and dinning room . The kitchen has a cooking corner , an electric oven , a freezer and a dish washer . In the living room there’s a TV with SAT equipment , a DVD player and a powerful hi-fi. Near this big room there’s a bathroom and a little lumber-room. On the first floor you find 3 bedrooms (2 big and 1 little) which can host 7 persons There’s a big bathroom too . From 2 bedrooms you have access to the big balcony with nice panorama on the Apuan Alps . Outside , under the balcony structure , there’s a wood oven for pizzas and a long laundry/storage room. Free and illimited Wi-fi internet access is available . The property is covered by wi-fi signal. Just bring with you your personal computer (with wifi integrated technology or with wi-fi pendrive/receiver )or business wifi phone to surf on the net also by the pool. It’s also possible to buy wine directly from our selection of excellent tuscan wines inside the villa .
Pruneta dependence “Antico Metato” (2 sleeps) : just beside the main villa , there is a little stone house accomodating 2 further people. The dependence is composed by 1 large bedroom (with a double bed) and 1 en-suite bathroom with shower . In high season (July and August) , Pruneta di Sopra property is rented ONLY in its larger version with 9 sleeps.
The guests of Pruneta’s property will have the exclusive use of it.
