Almond cake

Ingredients for 8 people:

300 gr. short crust pastry

300 gr. skinned almonds

300 gr. sugar

1 egg + 1 egg white

1/2 small glass of a mixture of liqueurs-rum, amaretto di Saronno and Sassolino

Preparation:

Chop the almonds and mix in a bowl with the egg, egg white and liqueurs.

Line a round baking tin about 25 cm in diameter with the short crust pastry, add the almond mixture and decorate with stripes of short crust pastry.

Bake in a pre-heated oven at 160° C for about 20 minutes.
