PARTIAL RENT: you can rent only the villa in low season (from October to late May) and mid season (June and September) . TOTAL RENT: in high season (July and August) all the buildings (villa and dependence) are rented together to the same group/family. During low and mid season, if guests decide to rent only the villa , the dependence will remain totally empty for privacy reasons.

The pool has no lifeguard; Guests are responsible for their own safety; Pool is 12 x 6 meters large and 140 cm deep; The swimming pool is 24h open from early April to late October; Parents are responsible for the safety of their children; Children under the age of 14 must be accompanied and monitored by an adult; For safe swimming, it's recommendable to wait at least 3 hours after a meal.

Pruneta di Sopra property (villa, dependence, pool, park and gardens all around) is given in exclusive use to you and your family . This is important to guarantee the maximum level of privacy and quiet. The property is also far from other houses.

From reservation to 30 days* before the check-in: 100% deposit refund From 30 days* before check-in to check-in: no deposit refund -- *15 days (in case of cancellation due to Covid-19 restrictions) --

To confirm the reservation, a 30% deposit payment is required (by bank or other e-payment). The balance will be paid in the same way 1 month before the check-in.

Q: Supermakets and food shops

In the town of Castelnuovo Garfagnana (2,5 km from Pruneta di Sopra property) there are supermakets and shops for food supply. Conad (near the local stadium); Simply City (in town center, near the main square); Many other small shops such as bakeries , butcher shops, typical food shops etc... Another supermarket, not far from Castelnuovo, is Coop , in Pieve Fosciana; A very big supermarket (open from 8 to 20 all the days, also on Sunday) is Conad Superstore located in Gallicano, 8 km far from Castelnuovo di Garfagnana.

Q: Baby cot and high chair

On guest request, Pruneta offers 1 cot and 1 high chair for babies . No charge for this equipment.

Q: Check-in and check-out

Check-in time is at 5 p.m. (we invite guests not to arrive before that time because the cleanings couldn't be completed yet). The owners will be present to welcome the guests, to provide them the keys and the main informations about their vacation (house instructions, places to visit, shops, restaurants etc…) . In case of earlier or delayed arrival time at the villa, we ask the guests to contact the owner in advance (phone, Whatsup, sms etc...). Check-out time is within 10 a.m.
